Post education

• Current: Manager of education and events at Kontra A/S
• Current: Project manager of our highly interdisciplinary project wich consist of research in cappuccino and caffè latte foam and development of CafeMælk. (Se the design and english description of CafeMælk here)
• Current: Consultant in coffee roasting at London School of Coffee teaching monthly courses in London and travelling consultant.
• Current: Assisting teacher in 'Theory of science for medical students' at Copenhagen University.
• Supervised two bachelor projects on 'the biochemistry of cappuccino'. Since 2004 I have had an ongoing investigation on this subject with Associate professor Richard Ipsen from Department of Food Science/Dairy Technology on the University of Copenhagen.
• 2005, September - 2007, Septeber: Production manager at Kontra Coffee.
• 2005, March and ongoing: Teacher and scientific employee at Copenhagen Coffee Academy.

Philosophical activities post education

• Participated in the radioprogram 'Tro og eksistens' the 27th of December 2009'.
• Participated in the radioprogram 'Tro og eksistens' the 13th of April 2009'.
• 2007 - 2010: Member of the studygroup at Nordic Summer University investigation subjects on "Inter-cultural History of Ideas, World Philosophy and Interreligious Dialogue" which is a 3 year project.

• 2005 in January: Started writing my thesis in comparative philosophy. (During writing my thesis I spend one month at Copenhagen Coffee Academy travelling to Athens and Seattle)

• 2004 Met Jens Nørgaard and Martin Hildebrandt (Europa 1989) during a university project on the chemistry of espresso coffee, and during that period Copenhagen Coffee Academy was founded where I’m the scientific personal (www.copenhagencoffeeacademy.com). I have been teaching the chemistry of cappuccino during sevaral occations including Iceland, Athens, Stockholm, Florence and several places in Denmark

Misc

• April 2005 I was the practical assistant for Troels Overdal Poulsen who was going to Seattle to compeed in the world barista campionship. And he won the whole thing with 38 competitors!
• 2004 webmaster on Nordic Society for Field Being (webpage now closed). A branch of The International Institute for Field-Being. A Taoistic inspired interdisciplinary and cross cultural philosophical stance.
• 1997 Travel in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia with my roommate from Nordborg Slots Efterskole.
